Although we will remind them tomorrow, this is a working rehearsal and as such we may need to stop something to work it

CAST:

Nice work tonight everyone!!  The tempo of the show was much better and it really helped the pacing of the jokes.  As long as each of you remember to make sure and maintain the tempo, this show is going to be hysterically funny!!  Please remember to not slow down.

Same verse same as the first...Keep working those lines!  There were several dropped lines throughout the run so please make sure you keep drilling those into your memory. We need them to be accurate as much as possible for light/sound cues and costume change marks.

CREW:

Please make sure the correct pill bottle is placed in the Chianti case - it should only have 4 pills inside

ACCIDENTS/INJURIES:

FACILITY MAINTENANCE:

DIRECTOR:

SM/ASM:

SM - Saunders VO too fast

COSTUMES:

NEW - Maid apron straps need to be tightened more - are falling off shoulders

NEW - Need tux shoes for Max

PROPS:

NEW - Need to add a towel to champagne bucket to wrap around bottle - rolls around inside when brought in

NEW - Need to trim piece of fabric under the sofa

NEW - Need more mini Altoid mints

SOUND:

NEW - Remove SQ 5.1 from the board - It should now be merged with LQ5 to happen at same time.

NEW - Need to turn up mic for Max when  yells "Oh no!" from bathroom (p.121)

NEW - Can we get a backstage monitor for cast to hear the show from behind the walls? (Phil said he would work on this one)

LIGHTING/FX:

NEW - The lighting is better but there is still not enough light on that chair from the front.  If someone is standing, from the waist up they are in light but once they sit down it is darker where they are sitting than the person standing next to them. Is there anyway to light the DS area from the front more to at least remove that veil of shadow?

NEW - Add light cue (between 1.1 and 1.2) that would dim lights in the Living Room but keep lights up in bedroom for scene with Bellhop/Max/Maggie with the luggage in the closet.

NEW - Can we get a video feed backstage for the cast/crew to be able to see what is happening on stage please?  It is hard to hear where we are in the show for them from behind the walls.

SET:

Modifications to set needed:

NEW - Need to add door stops to both Bedroom corridor door and closet door so do not slam into light fixture when opened.

NEW - The back of the closet popped out due to someone running into it.  We popped it back in but can it be looked at and shored up please?

Furniture needed:

PAINT:

Love the Lobby sign!  Doors look really good too!

NEW - When farther up in the house, there is an area of the stage DS SR (think DSC of the bedroom area) that is missing the grain part of the floor.  Can you please add the darker paint to make the grain?

QUOTES:
