Click on it and that should then have the different files you can click on and review. Bios & Headshots Information: Both items are due to Jessie at jessie@georgetownpalace.com by DECEMBER 3rd!
Bios should be no more than 80 to 100 words, written in the third person with show names italicized, not in "quotation marks." The character you are portraying in THIS production should be italicized, in parentheses and immediately following your name as you wish it to appear in the playbill. You may include favorite roles and special thanks in addition to Palace credits. Please email your bio to your stage manager at least 3 weeks before your show opens. Word documents or in the body of the email is fine, please avoid pdf. format.
Sample Bio Format: Ron Watson (Captain Underpants) is excited to be performing in his tenth Palace production. Favorite roles include Dr. Frank N. Furter in The Rocky Horror Show, Audrey II in Little Shop of Horrors and Rum Tum Tugger in CATS. He made his stage debut at the age of ten as Little Orphan Annie in Waxahachie, Texas. He was a hit and has been acting ever since. He thanks his cat, Ralph and his wife Sam, without whom he would be nothing. Please submit your headshot to Jessie via email as well. If you have any questions, please let me know. Don't forget to bring pencils with you for blocking notes. Really important that you please be on time for all rehearsals. |
